Quesos Canaán
Quesos Canaán emerged as a small company producing dairy products and mainly cheeses matured in 2002, in the community of Canaán de Rivas, where by chance training was received from a Swiss, Martin Chatagni, who was responsible for venturing to the Mata Hernández family, in a totally uncertain world, and in a new and unexplored market.
Quesos Canaán sells a variety of cheeses and other artisanal products. They also are available to schedule tours of the facility, cows and the cheese making process.
